3. Purposes for which we process personal data
Below is an overview of the purposes for which we process the personal data listed above. Your personal data will not be used by us for other purposes.

3.1 Sales and after-sales service
Bibo Brands BV processes personal data for processing orders, drawing up and sending invoices, and handling questions and complaints from customers. This personal data is processed on the legal ground "necessary for the execution of the sales agreement”, because without carrying out this processing we would not be able to complete sales or answer questions or complaints.
This also means that we are able to inform you by e-mail or by post about the execution of the sales agreement and the status of your order.
Bibo Brands BV also processes data about products purchased by customers for its sales and marketing department. As far as possible, we try to do this on the basis of anonymised or pseudonymised data. This allows us to make sure that Bibo Brands BV better corresponds to the needs of the customer groups it serves. This processing is therefore based on our legitimate interest to provide you with an even better service.

3.2 Reports
Bibo Brands BV processes personal data of customers to analyse statistics and prepare reports. The management of Bibo Brands BV uses these analyses and reports to help make decisions, evaluate products and service, and, for example, check the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. This processing is therefore also based on our legitimate interest to provide you with an even better service.
We use the personal data obtained, including the data provided voluntarily (for example name, e-mail address, address, phone number, etc.), in this report. We first try to anonymise or pseudonymise this data as far as possible.

3.3 Marketing purposes
We can also use the e-mail address you provide to send you e-mails regarding our activities, promotions and special offers if you have given your consent to do so when ordering. These e-mails always contain links to change your preferences or unsubscribe. You can also unsubscribe at any time by sending an e-mail to : marketing@kambukka.com.

4. Data protection
Bibo Brands BV makes every effort to protect your personal data as well as possible against unlawful use, access, loss and unavailability. Only authorised personnel who are bound by a confidentiality obligation can access your personal data. The storage and transfer of your personal data via the internet is secured by commonly-used up-to-date techniques.

5. Retention of personal data
Bibo Brands BV does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which it was collected.
Your personal data will not be retained for longer than three years if no sales agreement is concluded with you. If a sales agreement is concluded with you, your personal data can be retained for up to ten years after processing your order.
Bibo Brands BV is also obliged to retain its financial administration for 10 years for the tax authorities. This administration includes all invoices sent to customers, and all the personal data on these invoices.
If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, your personal data will no longer be retained in order to send you newsletters. Your personal data may still be stored on the basis of another legal ground, for example because you have purchased a product from us (sales agreement).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will be unable to delete certain personal data if there is a statutory obligation to retain this personal data, or if we may need this data in the context of a legal claim.

6. Sharing your data with third parties
Bibo Brands BV prefers to outsource certain activities in a number of situations, either because Bibo Brands BV does not have certain knowledge in-house or because the specialist knowledge of others is more effective. In such a case, we may need to share some of your personal data with third parties.
These third parties only act as processors of your personal data on behalf of Bibo Brands BV, and Bibo Brands BV will conclude the required processing agreements with these service providers. Bibo Brands BV demands that these third parties guarantee that they will only use the personal data provided for the described purpose, and also demands certainty about the way in which the third party protects the personal data and destroys it after use.
